Officially starting just in time to tone up for summer!

May 6th – June 13th, 2008
DAYS: Tuesdays and Fridays
TIME: 6am-7am
LOCATION: Barrington Estates on Baseline at the 202
(More specific directions to park will be given when you register)

PRICE: $175 for full 6 week session

The start time for the Boot Camp has been changed from 5am to 6am.

New start time: 6:00am on Tuesdays and Thursdays!!!

If this affects anyone's schedule in a negative way so that they can't participate, please let us know!

Otherwise, you now get to sleep in a little later! Enjoy!

There is limited space in each session. Individuals have already started signing up. Make sure you are able to make it into a session before it's all full! (Sign up earlier or let me know if you're interested.)

Boot Camp Dates: April 15th-May 23rd
Days: Tuesday and Friday mornings (2x/wk)
Time: 5am (lasts for 1 hour)
Location: Pending (Freestone Park in Gilbert, AZ)

Includes a variety of strength training, toning, stretching, and many other types of exercises. For additional questions of concerns, please contact us!
